The warrantor warrants to the original purchaser that its Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) cladding products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service conditions.

Warranty Periods

Residential Applications: 15 years from the original purchase date.

Commercial Applications: 10 years from the original purchase date.

Saltwater Proximity Clause: If the cladding is installed within 500 feet of the ocean or saltwater, the warranty period is restricted to 2 years.

Under normal use and service conditions, covered WPC cladding products are warranted against:

Rotting
Structural damage caused by termites

Material-Only Coverage – No Installation

This limited warranty provides replacement of materials only. The warrantor does not pay for and will not cover any of the following:

Labor costs
Installation costs
Removal costs
Reinstallation costs

Stain & Fade Resistance

Natural fading resulting from years of prolonged exposure to UV rays and harsh weather conditions.

Warranty Claims

If a defect is discovered during the applicable warranty period, the original purchaser must notify the warrantor in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect.

Staining caused by dirt, concrete dust, grease, oil, hard-water mineral deposits, or other foreign substances.
Abuse, neglect, improper handling, or improper storage by the purchaser or third parties.
